Abstract
Mental pipe cutting machine is the one mainly be used in the production of cars, industry and some work of putting materials. The work need to be finished is the design of body of the machine and the roll of it. It includes the design and calculate of the slowing speed box,. The choose of the electromotor, the design of the gearing, the rev, the measure design of the main deliver parts. Than do the emandation work. After all ,get the data and drawing the engineering picture. It includes one final assembling picture, two assembling pictures of each parts, some small pictures of the important accessary.
The design work we do this time is to the purpose of be used at the place of fanning pipe and draining pipe. This product also can be used at the situation of enhancing the efficiency of production. Make the working effection upon and low down the labor force.

此次設(shè)計(jì)的切管機(jī)，主要用于常用的通風(fēng)、通水管。因此，下料所要求的精度不高。本切管機(jī)主要切削大量的薄壁的金屬管。如果用手工切斷，勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大，生產(chǎn)效率低，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量差。因此，需要一臺(tái)，通用性好，耐用以及抗磨損的切管機(jī)。
切管機(jī)的主要參數(shù)為，滾子的轉(zhuǎn)速為70r/min,電動(dòng)機(jī)的額定功率為1.5千瓦，滿載轉(zhuǎn)速1410r/min，每天工作八小時(shí)，工作載荷變動(dòng)小。切管機(jī)的工作原理如下：動(dòng)力由電動(dòng)機(jī)經(jīng)過(guò)三角帶輸出，渦輪減速箱，開(kāi)始齒輪傳動(dòng)傳到一對(duì)磙子。從而帶動(dòng)工件的旋轉(zhuǎn)。實(shí)現(xiàn)切削時(shí)的主運(yùn)動(dòng)。與此同時(shí)，操作手輪，通過(guò)螺旋傳動(dòng)，將圓環(huán)刀片向下運(yùn)動(dòng)，并在不斷增加刀片對(duì)管子的壓力過(guò)程中，實(shí)現(xiàn)管子的切割工作。為了順利實(shí)現(xiàn)上面的運(yùn)動(dòng)，要對(duì)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中的電動(dòng)機(jī)做出選擇，擬定傳動(dòng)方案，并且對(duì)于各軸的轉(zhuǎn)速、功率和轉(zhuǎn)矩以及各主要傳動(dòng)件的參數(shù)（包括帶傳動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)、齒輪模數(shù)的確定以及蝸桿蝸輪模數(shù)的確定和齒數(shù)的確定）進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算，對(duì)于各軸的最小直徑，各主要傳動(dòng)件的尺寸，包括（V帶輪，齒輪，蝸桿蝸輪），也要給出相應(yīng)的計(jì)算。接著，對(duì)各數(shù)值進(jìn)行校核。最后再由經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算的數(shù)值來(lái)繪制裝配圖，完成設(shè)計(jì)。由于產(chǎn)品較大，大致可以分為五個(gè)部分：刀頭架，滾子，機(jī)柜，電器和減速箱。而各部分時(shí)分開(kāi)設(shè)計(jì)的，因此要注意考慮各部分的裝配關(guān)系。其中減速箱部分需要著重進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，由于這里結(jié)構(gòu)眾多且結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜，而整個(gè)箱體又時(shí)在整體焊接后需要進(jìn)行裝配密封的部件，所以需要詳細(xì)標(biāo)注。
切管機(jī)的運(yùn)用，主要是為了降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，節(jié)省人力，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。當(dāng)然，保證經(jīng)濟(jì)性也是這次設(shè)計(jì)的重要考慮項(xiàng)目之一。
由于切管機(jī)在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中早已廣泛應(yīng)用，在使用與制造方面，已有一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，本次設(shè)計(jì)中有關(guān)切管機(jī)的一些參數(shù)，都采用已有的規(guī)定。因水平有限，論文中不免有疏忽與錯(cuò)誤的地方，敬請(qǐng)批閱老師指正。
