這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是由封閉在剛性殼內(nèi)所有內(nèi)容的齒輪傳動(dòng)是一獨(dú)立完整的機(jī)構(gòu)。通過(guò)這一次設(shè)計(jì)可以初步掌握一般簡(jiǎn)單機(jī)械的一套完整的設(shè)計(jì)及方法，構(gòu)成減速器的通用零部件。
這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要介紹了減速器的類型作用及構(gòu)成等，全方位的運(yùn)用所學(xué)過(guò)知識(shí)。如：機(jī)械制圖，金屬材料工藝學(xué)公差等以學(xué)過(guò)的理論知識(shí)。在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中得以分析和解決。減速器的一般類型有：圓柱齒輪減速器、圓錐齒輪減速器、齒輪-蝸桿減速器、軸裝式減速器、組裝式減速器、軸裝式減速器、聯(lián)體式減速器。
在這次設(shè)計(jì)中進(jìn)一步培養(yǎng)了工程設(shè)計(jì)的獨(dú)立能力，樹(shù)立正確的設(shè)計(jì)思想掌握常用的機(jī)械零件，機(jī)械傳動(dòng)裝置和簡(jiǎn)單機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)的方法和步驟，要求綜合的考慮使用經(jīng)濟(jì)工藝等方面的要求。確定合理的設(shè)計(jì)方案。
