摘要
秸稈打包機(jī)
中國是一個(gè)迅速崛起的發(fā)展中農(nóng)業(yè)大國，在保護(hù)環(huán)境的前提下，要實(shí)現(xiàn)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)增長，必須改變傳統(tǒng)的能源利用和能源生產(chǎn)方式，開發(fā)利用生物質(zhì)資源，生產(chǎn)清潔能源是一項(xiàng)必然的選擇。秸稈類生物質(zhì)可再生能打包后作燃料，使其得到高品位的利用，是未來可再生能源、資源的一個(gè)發(fā)展方向。
秸稈打包機(jī)是專門為農(nóng)業(yè)部門設(shè)計(jì)制造的，將松散的干牧草壓縮后打成緊包，方便了運(yùn)輸，并節(jié)省了存儲(chǔ)空間，還有防塵、防水、不易腐敗變質(zhì)、不易燃燒等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。秸稈打包機(jī)是包裝設(shè)備一種，因其綜合運(yùn)用了機(jī)、電、氣一體化技術(shù)，被廣泛地用于工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)。相對于原有的手工捆扎，秸稈打包機(jī)提高了物件的包裝速度，降低了廠商的成本，提高了經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，顯著消除減輕職工的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度并降低能源和資源的消耗。
論文全面收集了國內(nèi)外秸稈打包機(jī)工作裝置設(shè)計(jì)的有關(guān)資料，對秸稈打包機(jī)的各種工況進(jìn)行了分析，總結(jié)了秸稈打包機(jī)工作裝置的設(shè)計(jì)要求，針對總體的工藝要求和設(shè)備情況，確定了總體的設(shè)計(jì)方案。

ABSTRACT
Straw packaging equipment
China is a large developing agricultural country which develops quickly. On the premise of environment protection, China should change the traditional energy use, energy production way and develop and utilize the biomass resources in order to the realization of continuous economic development. Producing clean energy is an inevitable choice. Raw materials such as straw can be used as fuel after packaged. They can be used in a high efficiency and developed to be a future direction of renewable energy and resources.
Straw packaging equipment is specially designed for the agriculture section. It is often used to package the loose dry grass tightly which is compressed. Straw packaging equipment makes the transportation convenient and can save storage space. It can be prevented from dust, water, metamorphism and burning. Straw packaging equipment is a kind of packaging equipments. It is widely used in the field of industrial and agricultural production because it has used multiply the machines, electricity and gas integration technology. Compared to the original hand-tied way, straw packaging equipment improves the speed of packaging, reduces the cost of the manufacturers, increases the economic benefits, significantly reduces labor intensity and reduces the elimination of energy and resource consumption.
The paper collects some design materials of the packaging equipment from home and abroad. It analyzes the various working situation about straw packaging equipment and summarizes the design demand of the packaging equipment. Moreover, it determines the design program of the hydraulic system which aims at the design requirements and the situation of equipment of the installation of requirements.
