摘 要
無(wú)極變速器是一種能適應(yīng)工藝工藝要求多變、工藝流程機(jī)械化和自動(dòng)化發(fā)展以及改善機(jī)械工作性能的一種通用傳動(dòng)裝置。無(wú)級(jí)變速器傳動(dòng)是指在某種控制的作用下,使機(jī)器的輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)速可在兩個(gè)極值范圍內(nèi)連續(xù)變化的傳動(dòng)方式。而無(wú)級(jí)變速器是一種獨(dú)立的傳動(dòng)部件,它具有輸入和輸出兩根軸,并能通過(guò)傳遞轉(zhuǎn)矩的中間介質(zhì)(固體、流體、電磁流)把兩根軸直接或間接地聯(lián)系起來(lái),以傳遞動(dòng)力。當(dāng)輸入、輸出軸的聯(lián)系關(guān)系進(jìn)行控制時(shí),即可使兩軸間的傳動(dòng)比發(fā)生變化(在兩極值范圍內(nèi)連續(xù)而任意地變化)。本文在分析各種無(wú)級(jí)變速器和無(wú)級(jí)變速自行車(chē)的基礎(chǔ)上,將剛性定軸無(wú)級(jí)變速器和傳統(tǒng)的鏈?zhǔn)綗o(wú)極變速器進(jìn)行對(duì)比,把鋼球外錐式無(wú)級(jí)變速器進(jìn)行部分改裝,從而形成了自行車(chē)的無(wú)級(jí)變速裝置。該裝置通過(guò)八個(gè)鋼球利用摩擦力將動(dòng)力進(jìn)行輸入輸出,用一對(duì)斜齒輪進(jìn)行分度調(diào)速,從而使自行車(chē)在0.75~1.22之間進(jìn)行無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速。同時(shí)進(jìn)行對(duì)部分零件進(jìn)行校、潤(rùn)滑、調(diào)整和使用方法的研究,并以此作為本次無(wú)級(jí)變速設(shè)計(jì)的理論基礎(chǔ)。表明:無(wú)級(jí)變速器被用于自行車(chē)方面可以大大改善自行車(chē)的使用性能,方便廣大消費(fèi)者使用。

The design of the CVT on bicycle
Abstract
Automatic transmission is a kind of adaptive process technological requirements and changeful, process mechanization and automation development and improve the mechanical performance of a universal transmission device.Stepless transmission drive is to point to in under the action of some kind of control, the machine of the output shaft speed can be continuous variation within two extreme way of transmission.And stepless transmission is a kind of independent driving part, it has two input and output shaft, and can be delivered through the middle of the torque medium (solid, liquid, electromagnetic flow) to connect two shaft directly or indirectly, to transfer power.When the input and output shaft were related to control, can make the change the ratio between the two axis (within the scope of the two extreme consecutive and arbitrarily change).Based on the analysis of various kinds of stepless transmission and infinitely variable speed bike, on the basis of the rigid fixed axis stepless transmission were compared with the traditional chain automatic transmission, the steel ball outside cone type stepless transmission partial modification, thus formed the bicycle stepless speed change device.The device through the eight ball using friction power input and output, with a pair of helical gear indexing speed, so that the bicycle for stepless speed regulation between 0.75 ~ 1.22.Simultaneously to school parts, lubrication, adjustment and using method of research, and as the theoretical basis for the design of stepless variable speed.Showed that the stepless transmission is used for bike can greatly improve the performance of bicycle, convenient for consumers to use.
