摘要
在某種控制的作用下，使機(jī)器的輸出軸轉(zhuǎn)速可在兩個極值范圍內(nèi)連續(xù)變化的無級變速器傳動隨著機(jī)械、材質(zhì)及加工工藝的高速發(fā)展和其需求量日益增多而得到廣泛應(yīng)用和發(fā)展。無級變速器的主動和從動兩根軸通過傳遞轉(zhuǎn)矩的中間介質(zhì)（機(jī)械構(gòu)件、流體、電磁流等）把兩根軸直接或間接地聯(lián)系起來并傳遞動力。當(dāng)對主、從動軸的聯(lián)系關(guān)系進(jìn)行控制時，則兩軸間的傳動比發(fā)生變化（在兩極值范圍內(nèi)連續(xù)而任意地變化）。用機(jī)械構(gòu)件作為中間介質(zhì)的為機(jī)械無級變速器，其包括摩擦式和脈動式。無級變速器與定傳動比傳動及有級變速傳動（它只有有限的幾種傳動比）相比，其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是能夠根據(jù)工作需要在一定范圍內(nèi)連續(xù)變換速度，以適應(yīng)輸出轉(zhuǎn)速和外界負(fù)載變化的要求，摩擦式機(jī)械無級變速器依靠傳動元件之間的摩擦進(jìn)行傳動，鋼材材質(zhì)、加工工藝水平和潤滑油料品質(zhì)等因素是摩擦式機(jī)械式無級變速器不斷發(fā)展的重要保證。本文通過查閱相關(guān)的諸多文獻(xiàn)和書籍手冊等進(jìn)行鋼環(huán)式無級變速器原理及其結(jié)構(gòu)、變速原理的傳動結(jié)構(gòu)的實(shí)現(xiàn)的研究，并對摩擦式機(jī)械無級變速器進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，可直接作為設(shè)計(jì)文件或指導(dǎo)文件進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)加工。

Abstract:
