摘要
本次設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容為XG916Ⅱ裝載機(jī)后驅(qū)動(dòng)橋設(shè)計(jì),大致上分為主傳動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì),差速器的設(shè)計(jì),半軸的設(shè)計(jì),最終傳動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)四大部分。其中主傳動(dòng)錐齒輪采用螺旋錐齒輪,這種類型的齒輪的基本參數(shù)和幾何參數(shù)的計(jì)算是本次設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)所在。將齒輪的幾個(gè)基本參數(shù),如齒數(shù),模數(shù),從動(dòng)齒輪的分度圓直徑等確定以后,計(jì)算出齒輪的所有幾何參數(shù),進(jìn)而進(jìn)行齒輪的受力分析和強(qiáng)度校核。并結(jié)合差速器,半軸和最終傳動(dòng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理及設(shè)計(jì)要求,合理選擇它們的結(jié)構(gòu)形式及尺寸。本設(shè)計(jì)的差速器齒輪選用直齒圓錐齒輪,半軸采用全浮式 ,最終傳動(dòng)采用單行星排減速形式。

Abstract
