普通機床的數(shù)控改造
摘要:本文從對普通機床進行經(jīng)濟型數(shù)控改造的必要性,如何進行改造等方面,論述了機床數(shù)控改造的方法及過程。
數(shù)控技術(shù)是先進制造技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)和核心,反映一個國家制造技術(shù)水平和工業(yè)水平。數(shù)控機床的應(yīng)用顯現(xiàn)了數(shù)控技術(shù)的優(yōu)越性。將普通機床改造成經(jīng)濟型數(shù)控機床是符合我國國情的一種機床改造方法。
高精度、高效率是機械加工的主流發(fā)展方向之一。普通機床加工精度和加工效率相對較低,更為重要的是一些復雜曲面的加工無法實現(xiàn),而數(shù)控機床較好的解決了這一問題,同時中國現(xiàn)階段機床行業(yè)的發(fā)展相對比較落后,為適應(yīng)這一現(xiàn)狀的發(fā)展,將普通機床改造成數(shù)控機床已成為我國機床業(yè)發(fā)展的必然取向和行之有效的方法。
經(jīng)濟型數(shù)控機床由程序載體、數(shù)控裝置、伺服驅(qū)動裝置、機床主題和其他輔助裝置組成,在對普通機床原本沒有的部分進行添加的同時,保留機床主體中一些部分,只對進給系統(tǒng)、刀架等某些部分進行改造,選用更能提高機床加工效率和加工精度的傳動裝置及運動部件。使得機床性價比大大提高。
我國現(xiàn)狀制造業(yè)的發(fā)展相對緩慢,對普通機床進行經(jīng)濟型數(shù)控改造符合我國現(xiàn)階段的發(fā)展狀況,有利于我國縮小與其它制造強國之間的差距,更好的為我國制造業(yè)的發(fā)展奠定有利的基石。
