摘要
本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的課題是“帶式稱重給料機(jī)”，在設(shè)計(jì)說明書中，介紹了設(shè)備的各部分功能及完成其功能而進(jìn)行的特色各部分的詳細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)。
帶式稱重給料機(jī)是對散狀物料進(jìn)行連續(xù)輸送和計(jì)量的設(shè)備。它具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、操作方便、使用穩(wěn)定可靠、稱量準(zhǔn)確、維護(hù)量小等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。被廣泛用于冶金、電力、礦山、煤炭、化工、建材、糧庫、港口等行業(yè)及部門。它可作為單機(jī)用于計(jì)量輸送（常習(xí)慣稱它為單機(jī)秤）又可多機(jī)組合進(jìn)行計(jì)量配料（習(xí)慣稱之為配料皮帶秤）。
帶式稱重給料機(jī)由帶式輸送機(jī)和電子計(jì)量兩部分組成。在設(shè)計(jì)說明書中詳細(xì)介紹了給料機(jī)的各部分組成及功能。因本設(shè)計(jì)著重于機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)，故按照國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)輔助于計(jì)算機(jī)繪出了總圖量相當(dāng)于2.5張的機(jī)械圖紙。有總裝配圖、主要的部件圖及零件圖等。最后本設(shè)計(jì)還給出了設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品的安裝、調(diào)試及維護(hù)方面的要求與常識(shí)，供行業(yè)內(nèi)人士參考。
本著既繼承又發(fā)展的原則，本設(shè)計(jì)除了在結(jié)構(gòu)上有所創(chuàng)新外，同時(shí)參閱了有關(guān)專業(yè)論文及著作。

ABSTRACT
The task of this graduation project is " The weighing belt feeder " , be living in the specification book , and introduced the detailed composition that the different part of meritorous service of installation be able to reach the distinguishing feature completees such meritorous service capacity but is underway every section .
Being living thoroughly to comprehend the style brought calls severely to give to anticipate that the wide-ranging use reaches such is living significant action queen in the middle national economy development to engine , unite specially having something to do with the teaching material , the design come out this task “weighing belt feeder ”.
The weighing belt feeder is used for continuous bulk material feeding and measurement. It is simple-structured, convenient to operate, reliable, and needs less maintenance. It is widely applied to industries such as metallurgy, power supply, chemistry, coal mining, warehousing, etc. It can be used independently or together with the others.
The style brought is called severely being anticipateed that the engine consists of that the style brought conveyer and the electron calculates two sections .
Being living in the specification book detailedly to introduce is anticipateed that engine every section is makeed up the meritorous service capacity .
As a result of native is designed to emphasize to machine designing , therefore in accordance the national standard assists to the calculating machine drawed the inflexible drawing that general drawing amount balancees 2.5 .
Components picture and part drawing and so on that possess the general assembly picture and main .
Finally native is designed still giving out design produce installation , debug and protection respect demand together with general knowledge , and feeies that public figure refers to inner place the profession .
Native is designed except for is living the somewhat innovation on the composition inheritance but also rule which developed in line with not only , and see also relevant specialized dissertation and the book moreover .
