內(nèi)容提要
水管聯(lián)接壓蓋是用級(jí)進(jìn)模生產(chǎn)的機(jī)械產(chǎn)品，采用雙側(cè)刃定距、彈壓卸料、自然落料多工位連續(xù)沖載所得。
本模具結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):
(1) 下模固定板具有高精度、長(zhǎng)壽命：下模固定板與凸模固定板一樣，選用淬透性好、淬火變形小的合金模具鋼材料，熱處理達(dá)HRC50—55，線切割加工，以保證下模固定板的高精度和長(zhǎng)壽命。
(2) 快速更換沖裁凹模鑲塊：更換凹模時(shí)，用一個(gè)銷釘從下模墊板的廢料落孔將凹模鑲塊從固定板內(nèi)頂出，不必拆卸聯(lián)接固定板的螺釘和銷釘，有時(shí)還無(wú)需將模具從高速?zèng)_床上卸下，因此更換凹模速度快，而且可保證模具的重復(fù)裝配精度，提高模具的使用壽命。
